    We accept returns for store credit under these conditions:

    Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.

    We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible.

    We are not responsible for any shipping costs during returns/ exchanges.

    Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse. The 14 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 14 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.

    Defective Items:

    All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.


    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    When you place an order with FEAST, please note that the shipping liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

    Once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    We will replace items that are not marked as delivered and have become lost in shipping. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.

    Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.

    Visit your local USPS office with the tracking information to see where your package is.

    Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 

    Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.

    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
    For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

    For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping to the Domestic U.S.. 

    In-store pickup
    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at FEAST in Glen Rose, Texas. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

    Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-6pm on Monday-Saturday and . Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

    International Shipping
    Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

    How do I check the status of my order?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at feast@letsfeastyall.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes
    Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
